Palak Paneer Sauce

Our favorite vegetarian sauce. Made with caramelized onions and seasoned with our in house spice blend. Ours is made without cream so you can enjoy it guilt-free.  

Ingredients: Organic Onions, Organic Tomatoes, Organic Garlic, Avocado Oil, Organic Ginger, Organic Ghee, Organic Spices (Fenugreek, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Cayenne, Peppercorn, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon) & Salt. Allergens: Dairy 

At home, you need:

• 10 oz of chopped blanched/frozen spinach
• 6 oz of cubed paneer

Instant Pot Instructions

1. Add ½ cup water, spinach, and sauce to the pot.
2. SEAL and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 5 minutes.
3. Once done, rest for 10 minutes, then VENT to release remaining pressure. Optional: process with a blender for creamy texture.
   
4. Remove lid and add paneer.
5. SAUTE for 3 minutes, stirring intermittently, till paneer is just warm and soft. Overcooking will make the paneer tough. Enjoy!

 Stovetop Instructions

1. In a lidded saucepan, add sauce, spinach, and  ½ cup water.
   
2. Cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring at the half way point.  Optional: process with a blender for creamy texture.
3. Add paneer to pan and simmer for 3 minutes till just warm and soft. Overcooking will make the paneer tough. Enjoy!

Note: Salt is kept low, adjust to taste
